Emurse Gets a New Dress
AnnouncementsCode Updates

The biggest change is really the header. "Website" has moved underneath "My Resumes" and we now have a "Resources" tab. This new design gives us much more flexibility with new features, and believe you me.. We have a slew of them planned!
You'll also find that we're now using CareerBuilder for our jobs partner much like other AOL properties. What we lost in meta-search capabilities, we now gain in world wide support -- Emurse.com's job search now handles 16 different countries. Keep an eye on search over the summer, as we are planning big big changes to that portion of the site.
The blog is also completely refreshed (finally). We now have support for replies and comment rating as well as much more powerful search functionality. Searching for jobs and blog posts is now integrated on every page of Emurse as well.
If you happen to run across any bugs or have any other feedback -- leave a comment and let us know! And as you might expect, lots of big things planned for this summer and fall, so stay tuned!

Good to hear the site is improving! It was already pretty nice to begin with. My only feedback/request is to be able to do more with the current available templates. Any thoughts to add more? Allow more customization or dare I say...color? I know color or images are not typical in professional, but a certain amount may help someone's resume stick out more from the sea of black and white resumes they are competing with.

I think we can come up with something. We have a spot on our schedule to refactor the design engine. We'll make sure that it includes more templates and hopefully some more/deeper customization options!
