I think there is one job missing from this list that is typically part time, you can have in conjunction with a full time job, and pays exceptionally well if you can handle the hours and environments. Bartending.
Most of these jobs are in the 10-20/hour range for compensation. Bartenders, especially good ones who are in with a good employer, can earn anywhere from $100-$500/night for 5-8 hours work. Most of these is cash tips too...
Just a thought for those of you looking for part time employment with a previous histroy of being a "mixologist".

You are absolutely right. I know folks who have made a killing on the side working as a "mixologist." I suspect it's limited to those who are young and able to contend with the late nights, but the financial reward can be quite lucrative.
